The Grazioli Company is specialised in the production of frames for rstorers. It created handcraft a new model of wood framework, jointed at 45° with thorns of steel.

With this special system created and patented by us, it is possible to calibrate with millimeter precision the tensioning of the canvas in every point in a targeted way, doesn’t matter if it is rectangular, curtainsider, oval or has another form.

The profile, moreover, has a molding and thanks to it, lies only on the corner of the framework.

We have been experimented for many years a lot of different materials and different processing techniques and we can now state that the best material for the wood frames is the red fir. Our red fir is of top quality and comes from forests of the north of Europe. It has no knots, with bondig
“Finger-joint” and with a degree of humidity drying of 10/12 %.

For the building of big frames we use aluminium, that enble to reach dimension of frameworks even over 9 metres in lenght, guaranteeing a stable support and lighter. The outside of the framework is covered with a profile of wood in order to let us to atach the canvas; and all this is assembled with our angular tensioning system with screw patented by us.
